At Paklitz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer refunds and returns under the conditions outlined in this policy.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned or refunded under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product does not match the description on our website
- Manufacturing defects covered under warranty
Important: Products must be in their original condition with all accessories, packaging, and documentation to be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products with broken seals or opened shrink wrap (unless defective)
- Products showing signs of use or wear
- Products with physical or water damage caused by the customer
- Products without original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Products purchased on special sale or clearance (unless defective)
Return Timeframe
You must report any issues with your order within 24 hours of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after this period unless the issue is related to a manufacturer warranty claim.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and describe the issue
- Send photos or videos showing the defect or damage
- Wait for our customer service team to review and approve your return request
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions
Inspection Process
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issue. The inspection typically takes 2-3 business days. We will notify you of the inspection results via email or phone.
Refund Process
If your return is approved after inspection, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your provided account details within 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refunds will be credited back to the original account within 5-7 business days
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost if the return is due to a defect or our error.
Warranty Claims
For products covered under manufacturer warranty:
- Contact us to initiate a warranty claim
- We will coordinate with the manufacturer or authorized service center
- Warranty terms and conditions are determined by the manufacturer
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs
Delivery Inspection (Open Parcel)
If you chose the open parcel delivery option (Rs. 300 extra):
- You can inspect the product at the time of delivery
- Check the box, seal, and confirm the color
- Do not break the seal or tear the shrink wrap
- Refuse delivery if you notice any issues
Once you accept the delivery, returns will only be accepted for defects not visible during inspection.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is shipped:

- Full refund will be issued if the order has not been shipped
- No cancellations are accepted once the order is dispatched
For bank transfer orders, if payment is not received within 4 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
